Venus Raj and Andrei Felix axed on "UKG" because of too much PDA?

Emirates247.com reports that Miss Universe Philippines 2010 Venus Raj and her boyfriend, Andrei Felix had been axed from their morning show "Umagang Kay Ganda" because of too much PDA or Public Display of Affection.

 

The action of the management/production of UKG was reportedly based on the complaints filed by their co-hosts, co-stars and other staff members that the lovers before had been very distracting.

 

A statement from a staff member where Raj used to co-host said: "C’mon, we’re no prude people around here. But there must be some level of decency that people have to maintain in their workplace. This is not their bedroom.”

 

Before joining showbiz, Raj joined beauty contest in Miss Philippines-Earth 2008 where she was crowned Miss Philippines-Eco Tourism (behind Karla Henry) and Bb. Pilipinas 2010 where she was crowned as Miss Universe Philippines. She went on to represent the country in Miss Universe 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada where she was 4th Runner Up.

 

Felix meanwhile is a radio jock from Max 103.5.

 

ABS-CBN had not issued an official statement yet regarding this issue.
