USTET Results released for AY 2014-2015

The Office for Student Admissions had released the USTET 2014-2015 Examination Results last January 28, 2014. You can check if you had passed your chosen course here: http://myuste.ust.edu.ph:8888/admission/results.jsp

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS/REMINDERS FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS ONLY:

1. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MUST RESERVE A SLOT ONLINE AND PAY THE NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE (PHP5,000.00) THROUGH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
   1. ONLINE: PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE (OFAD.UST.EDU.PH) FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS;
   2. ON SITE: PLEASE VISIT THE OFFICE FOR ADMISSIONS (OFAD) FROM MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS) FROM 8:30AM-11:30AM AND 1:30PM-4:30PM.
2. RESERVATION IS BY BATCH. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF YOUR BATCH AND RESERVATION SCHEDULE:
   
   FIRST BATCH : FEBRUARY 03 - 15, 2014
   (ONLY FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT BELONG TO THE SECOND AND THIRD BATCH)
   SECOND BATCH : FEBRUARY 26 - MARCH 08, 2014
   (ONLY FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WITH TRAVEL MANAGEMENT, HRM OR NURSING AS THEIR FIRST CHOICE. PLEASE RESERVE YOUR SLOT AT THE OFFICE FOR ADMISSIONS [OFAD] ONLY).
   
   THIRD BATCH : MARCH 10 - 22, 2014
   (ONLY FOR SUCCESSFUL WAITLISTERS)
3. THE RESERVATION FEE (PHP5, 000.00) SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TUITION FEE UPON ENROLMENT.
4. IF YOU RESERVE A SLOT IN ONE PROGRAM, YOU FORFEIT YOUR SLOT IN THE OTHER PROGRAM.
5. FAILURE TO RESERVE A SLOT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED SCHEDULE WILL AUTOMATICALLY MEAN FORFEITURE OF YOUR SLOT.
6. YOU ARE ALSO QUALIFIED FOR ADMISSION TO COLEGIO DE SAN JUAN DE LETRAN-MANILA AND ANGELICUM COLLEGE-QUEZON CITY.

 

DEFINITION OF TERMS:

1. QUALIFIED (Q)
   
   APPLICANT HAS MET THE REQUIRED CUT-OFF SCORES OF THE PROGRAM OF HIS/HER CHOICE.
2. FOR INTERVIEW (I)
   
   APPLICANT IS QUALIFIED FOR INTERVIEW AS AN ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROGRAM OF HIS/HER CHOICE.
3. ON WAITING LIST (WL)
   
   ALTHOUGH APPLICANT MET THE REQUIRED CUT-OFF SCORES OF THE PROGRAM OF HIS/HER CHOICE, BECAUSE OF QUOTA LIMITATIONS, HE/SHE SHALL HAVE TO WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. HE/SHE CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF SLOTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE.
4. NOT QUALIFIED (NQ)
   
   APPLICANT DID NOT MEET THE REQUIRED CUT-OFF SCORES OF THE PROGRAM OF HIS/HER CHOICE.
5. OVERALL AVERAGE
   
   IS THE AVERAGE OF THE APPLICANT'S RATINGS IN ENGLISH, MATH AND SCIENCE.
6. RANK
   
   IS BASED ON THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF THE APPLICANT (MENTAL ABILITY, ACHIEVEMENT AND HIGH SCHOOL GRADES). SEPARATE RANKING WAS DONE FOR FIRST AND SECOND CHOICE APPLICANTS.

USTET Examination Results AY 2013-2014

Results of the University of Sto. Tomas Entrance Test (USTET) for the Academic Year 2013-2014 will be made available online starting January 28. We will provide here the link on where and how to view the full list of passers.

The examinations were taken last August 26, September 30, November 4 and December 9, 2012 in Metro Manila areas.

Passers may refer to the following requirements for enrollment:

1. Please bring USTET Permit / Result Form for identification purposes.
2. Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of PhP 5,000.00. (This shall be deducted from the tuition fee upon enrolment.)
3. Please submit the following requirements on the date specified by the Office of the Dean:

• Original copy of Form 138 (High School Report Card);
• One (1) certificate of Good Moral Character from principal and guidance counselor or class adviser;
• One (1) pc. 2″ x 2″ picture;
• Original copy of verified Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for Resident or Immigrant aliens; passport/student visa for non-resident aliens.

Failure to comply with the above-mentioned requirements will mean forfeiture of your enrollment slot.
