The Court of Appeals (CA) has allowed TV5 to proceed airing the Tulfo brothers' show, T3. The Pangilinan-led broadcasting firm secured a temporary restraining order (TRO) today. This will be effective for 60 days. The sixth division of the appellate court ordered the petitioners to post a P100,000 bond. Last May 16, the CA turned down the plea of TV5 for a halt order on the initial 20-day suspension order of the Movie Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) on "T3." On May 30, MTRCB finally ordered the suspension of the "current affairs" show for three months. The suspension was announced by the board through spokesperson Atty. Court orders Annabelle Rama's arrest

A local court judge on Monday ordered the arrest of talent manager Annabelle Rama in connection with the libel case lodged against her by actress Nadia Montenegro. Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 92 Judge Eleuterio Bathan issued the warrant of arrest for Rama for her failure to attend the court hearings involving the 14 counts of libel that Montenegro filed. Bathan recommended a bail of P10,000 for each count of libel, or a total of P140,000. Montenegro had charged Rama with libel and unjust vexation over the latter's alleged defamatory statements about her through microblogging site Twitter.
