Miss World Philippines Top Picks

Cory Quirino's CQGQ and the Miss World Philippines 2011 court recently had the final screening held to be able to trim down and capture the final list of contestants for Miss World Philippines 2012. Here are what I think to be the top guns of this competition:

Incidentally, they are also my Top 5 picks for the crown. I know there are more contestants to watch out for. Watch out for MWP 2012 at TV5 and see Gwendoline Ruais (Miss World Philippines 2011 and Miss World 1st Princess) crown her successor to represent us in Ordos.

From a Standpoint: Can Dallas Mavericks play like their 2011 form?

Pressure comes about to the defending NBA Champions Dallas Mavericks, as of this writing, they are placed Number 6 in the NBA standings with it being glued together. Can they still show their form?

Others would say that the Mavs had been of mediocre performance this year, after all the injuries they had, the Mavs had become an older, wiser but definitely down this year. However, I would not count their chances when they reach post-season, but because this is a short season, it's still a wait and see for me.

Dallas Mavericks Championship Banner Raising

They may have started out flat with the Heat and Nuggets (0-2) but for Mavericks' hopefuls like me, they are still the Defending Champions and I believe they could bounce back.
