Miss Grand Philippines 2014: Separate pageant or Highest JDV's girl in Bb. Pilipinas 2014?

 

On the maiden edition of Miss Grand International 2013, Philippines had a handpicked bet, a John Dela Vega ward in Bb. Pilipinas 2012 1st Runner Up Annalie Forbes. Ali didn't fail to disappoint as she was 3rd Runner Up in the competition won by Janelee Chaparro.

For this year, there were talks of a separate Miss Grand Philippines pageant or the highest John Dela Vega ward currently a contestant to Bb. Pilipinas 2014 (except for the titleholder).

Whatever it is, Miss Grand International has surely been a promising competition on its maiden edition and we'll pretty much cover what there is once the delegate has been named.

Miss Grand International 2013: Puerto Rico wins, Philippines is 3rd Runner Up

The inaugural edition of Miss Grand International 2013 happened last November 19, 2013 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok Thailand where Janelee Chapparo of Puerto Rico was hailed as the first Miss Grand International. Her court includes: Chantel Martinez (Dominican Republic) as 1st Runner Up, 2nd Runner Up Denisa Paseciakova of Slovak Republic, 3rd Runner Up Ali Forbes of the Philippines and 4th Runner Up Kelly Louise Maguire of Australia.

Bb. Pilipinas 1st RU 2012 Annalie Forbes is Miss Grand International Philippines 2013

No, it is not Samantha Purvor as what was earlier mentioned but it is Ali Forbes, Bb. Pilipinas 1st RU 2012 who is RP's bet to Miss Grand International. The pageant, to be held sometime in November in Bangkok, Thailand will host former candidates of Miss Universe, World, International and Earth pageants.

Ali was personally chosen by Nawat Issarakraisin - Top Thai TV Personality and Owner of Miss Grand International.

The Grand Winner of Miss Grand International will promote advocacies to stop the war by MGI.
