A new Miss Universe has been named.
Venezuela's Gabriela Isler bested out 85 other ladies and was hailed as
Miss Universe 2013 last November 9, 2013 from the Crocus City Hall in
Moscow, Russia. She is the 7th Venezuelan to get the crown for her country in Miss Universe History.
She would be having a year of a lifetime and will be based in the Trump Towers with Miss USA Erin Brady in New York.
