From Letran to E-Painters: Caloy Garcia and Raymond Almazan

NCAA has not ended yet but the excitement of both Coach Caloy Garcia and Rain or Shine Elasto Painters 3rd Pick Raymond Almazan for what is in store is something they both look forward to.

Garcia, who is Almazan's current coach in Letran and works as a deputy for Coach Yeng Guiao for the E-Painters believes that Almazan will not have a hard time transitioning from Letran to the pros since the two coaches run a similar system. The only thing most probably that the lead MVP candidate of Letran needs to work on to is his weight to be able to bang bodies and defend better in the PBA.

If you have watched the PBA Draft, you would remember Beau letting Raymond eat barbecue, well, Raymond will have his dose of this extra rice after NCAA ends.

Yay or Nay for this Alfredo Barraza Creation on Ariella Arida

image

Much anticipation for the preliminaries last night that even rehearsal photos were pretty much valuable.

What do you think about this yellow number on  Miss Universe Philippines Ariella Arida? Much as we loathe Barraza creations, this gave her a simple yet elegant look as she braved her way towards the preliminaries.

Ariella Arida in the Miss Universe 2013 National Costume Competition

image

The blog owner has not gotten a reliable live streaming link of the National Costume Contest last night to make it up here is a photo of Miss Universe Philippines Ara Arida in her Filipiniana.

From our own point of view it was not the best, but it was not the worst, it didn't took the fight out of our very own Ara, we strongly believe she'll still venture into the Top 5 and we call on Filipinos to still support her in her quest for the Diamond Nexus Lab Crown and the right to be Miss Universe 2013.
