PBA Press Corps Annual Awardees

A breakout season for Rain or Shine Elasto Painters (www.pba.ph)

The PBA Press Corps gave due recognition yesterday, September 10 at Kamayan to those who have achieved during the past PBA season, lead by Yeng Guiao of the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters who received the Coach of the Year Award and Raymond Yu and Terry Que of Rain or Shine Elasto Painters receiving the Danny Floro Executives of the Year Award.

ROS Coach and Executives are recognized from the breakout season they had which ended in winning their 1st title last conference.

Jireh Ibanes (Defensive Player of the Year)
Mark Caguioa (Comeback Player of the Year)
Larry Fonacier (Mr. Quality Minutes)
Gary David (Scoring Champion)

Paul Lee, JV Casio, Marcio Lassiter, Dylan Ababou and James Sena  (All-Rookie Team)

Special Citation:
Smart Gilas for winning the Jones Cup
Chot Reyes for being the First Filipino Coach to win the Jones Cup (Philippines won during the time of Coach Ron Jacobs and Tim Cone)
