The Finals of the OPM Songwriting Competition Philpop 2014 happened July 26, 2014 with Jungee Marcelo taking home the top award for his competition piece, "Salbabida". This year, 12 songs were chosen to make the finals from a pool of song writers and were interpreted by the hottest artists of today.

2nd Runner Up: Daryl Ong with Kris Lawrence as interpeter for "Torpe"


Spinnr's Choice: Chi Bacobo and Isaac Garcia with McCoy Fundales and Clara Benin for Kung Akin Ang Langit
