Game 1: Talk and Text versus Barako with TNT owning a twice-to-beat advantage (2 vs. 7) - 5:15 pm
Barako, a team loaded with veterans would test its wares with the defending champion Talk and Text Tropang Texters who owns a twice-to-beat advantage being #2 during the end of the classification phase.
Barako would have to rely on their MVP Willie Miller, Mick Pennisi, Danny Seigle and Wynne Arboleda to do the job for the team while Talk and Text, who are injury riddled would expect Ryan Reyes, Ranidel De Ocampo, Jimmy Alapag and Kelly Williams to carry the load for them.
Game 2: B-Meg Derby Ace Llamados versus Powerade Tigers with B-Meg owning a twice to beat advantage (1 vs. 8) 7:30 pm
Powerade would have to rely on Gary David, Sean Anthony, Marcio Lassiter and their prized top pick, JV Casio if they are to surpass the B-Meg Derby Ace Llamados triangle offense and the big game of James Yap and the solid front court of Marc Pingris, Joe DeVance, Yancy De Ocampo and Kerby Raymundo.
Don't count Powerade out too. They can be deadly when shots are falling down.
