Aleli Arroyo out of Iggy's will

Grace Ibuna, the live-in partner of Ignacio "Iggy" Arroyo, and not his estranged second wife Aleli Arroyo will benefit from the late congressman's trust estate, according to his last will and testament.

Iggy named Bernardina Arroyo Tantoco, his daughter with his first wife Marilyn Jacinto, as the executor of the will that was made in Glendale, California in 2009.

He also named Tantoco as the trustee in the "living trust" that he made before he died.

Upon his death, the trust will issue payments only to Ibuna until her death, according to the will.

Upon Ibuna's death, the remaining balance of the trust estate will go to Iggy's 3 children Tantoco, Bianca Marie Arroyo, and Alicia Lourdes Arroyo.
