Nokia unveils 4 new phones

Finnish company Nokia has announced four new phones at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. They are, in order of increasing price, the Nokia 105, Nokia 301, the Lumia 520, and the Lumia 720. Nokia CEO Stephen Elop said the four new phones will be low to mid-range devices targeting "None-LTE markets." No super-phone made was announced.   The International House of Pancakes, more popularly known as IHOP has opened its first restaurant in the Philippines. Reader's Digest files bankruptcy

Iconic magazine Reader's Digest publisher RDA Holding Co. filed for bankruptcy to cut its US$465 million debt and focus on electronic media, the Wall Street Journal reports.The 91-year-old magazine was founded by DeWitt and Lila Wallace and went public in 1990. An investor group, led by private-equity firm Ripplewood Holdings LLC bought it in 2007 for US$1.6 billion and the assumption of about US$800 million in debt.This is the second time the company filed for bankruptcy. Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno arrested for illegal gambling

Manila Vice Mayor Francisco Domagoso, popularly known as former actor Isko Moreno, along with five councilors, were arrested on Saturday for allegedly involving in illegal gambling.
