Interaksyon: PAL reverts flight to normal routes

Philippine Airlines (PAL) on Friday said all flights affected by the rerouting triggered by North Korea's rocket launch have reverted to normal schedules.
In a statement, the flag carrier said flights that departed or were airborne before 9:30 a.m. were still following contingency routes.
The return to normal flights paths stemmed from the government's decision to rescind its Notice to Airmen, which contained alternative flight paths to be followed by airplanes traversing the eastern section of Luzon as well as the no-fly zone.
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines rescinded the notice after North Korea's failed rocket launch.
The no fly zone had been slated from April 12 to 6, from five in the morning to one in the afternoon.
