Doc Rivers set to move to Hollywood as Clippers' main man
Doc Rivers is set to become the Los Angeles Clippers Head Coach if the NBA approves of the rare but not unprecedented trade involving an active coach in the league.
Clippers in return would part with their first-round draft pick. Rivers still has 3 years left and $21 million on his contract and needs to go to the same contract with Clippers.
The move was probably the start of the rebuilding era of Celtics, which had talks of parting with Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, leaving Rondo their only established star.
