New Year's break is done and by tomorrow, two teams would go down to business - San Mig Coffee Mixers want to force a Game 7 while Rain or Shine wants to end it tomorrow. If there's anything I could say about this series, it would be a definite tug of war - a case on "Who wants it more?" Rain or Shine had its chance to close out the game in Game 5 but didn't make it happen as San Mig Coffee Mixers won 79-67.
Off to today, January 3, ROS' top gun Jeffrei Chan played off the bench scoring 27 points and help catapulted his team to a return trip to the finals. It was a close game for the first 3 quarters until the breakaway just before the 2 minute mark of the final Quarter. The final score was 90-83, ROS awaits the winner of the TNT - Alaska series.
