Korina Koksis is the girl of the hour for not accepting the crown because she was not in the Top 2.
Joining a beauty contest is not a piece of cake, and winning either, so when the news that Korina Koksis directly didn't accept her crown during the Miss Hungary 2013 pageant, it came out as a shocker to most pageant fans.
Koksis, a favorite to win Miss Hungary 2013 was supposed to be crowned as Miss Hungary 2013. However, She was third in the contest thus the Miss Hungary Intercontinental crown which she didn't accept during the contest itself. The crown and opportunity to represent the country in the Miss Intercontinental pageant was given to Brigitta Timar who was next in line to the ranking.
On her Facebook page, Koksis posted that she already knew she would not place in the Top 2.
Koksis joined Miss Hungary 2009 and placed third and earned the right to represent the country in Miss Earth 2009.
