Daniela Chalbaud of Venezuela is Miss Intercontinental 2012

Another pageant made waves in Germany as the Miss Intercontinental 2012 was held there last November 23 (November 24: 3 AM here in Manila). Jessica Hartman of USA crowned Daniela Chalbaud of Venezuela as the new Miss Intercontinental 2012.
