Abbygale Arenas, first runner-up to Charlene Gonzalez in 1994 before she won as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe in 1997 (named Miss Photogenic in that year’s Miss Universe Pageant)

Maricar Balagtas was 2nd Runner Up in 2001 (to Zora Andam) and Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2004

Dianne Necio was 1st Runner up in 2010 (to Venus Raj) and Binibining Pilipinas International 2011, placing as a Semifinalist at Miss International

Janine Tugonon was 1st Runner Up in 2011 (Shamcey Supsup) and now Miss Universe Philippines 2012.
