3 Filipina beauties in Miss Universe 2013

 

Santos (Miss Universe Canada), Arida (Miss Universe Philippines) and Mouchita (Miss Universe Gabon)

 

3 Filipina beauties are expected to take Miss Universe 2013 by storm on still a date and venue to be announced.

 

Miss Universe Philippines Ariella Arida is currently on the thick of her preparations for Miss Universe 2013. She is expected to meet 2 more ladies of Filipina ancestry.

 

Riza Santos, Miss Universe Canada 2013 was earlier named to be the 1st Runner Up of the contest when they crowned Denise Garrido as the winner. A day later, Beauties of Canada, franchise owner of Miss Universe Canada admitted a typo that cause an error to the top 5 ladies in their competition.

 

Santos is a pure Filipina who made waves in Miss Earth 2006 and Miss World 2011, both representing Canada.

 

Another lady that has Filipina ancestry is Ruth Jennifer Ondo Mouchita. She will be representing the African state of Gabon and the second lady to participate in Miss Universe after Gabon's debut in 2012. Mouchita's mother is a Filipina while her father is Gabonese.
