Nikki Valdez and UST cager Jeric Fortuna dating?

Rumors linking actress Nikki Valdez and University of Santo Tomas (UST) cager Jeric Fortuna have surfaced.

But in an episode of ABS-CBN's morning show "Kris TV," Jeric, who guested on the show, clarified that the rumors probably started when he and Nikki have gone out with their friends.

He stressed that the 34-year-old Nikki is a supported of the UST Growling Tigers.

"Then I have a friend na friend din si Nikki and they watched together sa UAAP. Tapos pinakilala ng friend ko sa akin si Nikki," the 22-year-old 5'7" cager said.

He refused to comment however when asked if he feels inspired whenever Nikki watches a game.

Nikki divorced her husband Christopher Lina in 2009. They have a daughter named Olive Isabel.
