On Monday evening at around 7PM, BPI via their twitter account (@talktobpi) that their ATM and EPS services are unavailable.

Our ATM and EPS systems are currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and shall post an update once services are restored.
BPI representatives had advised the public to use other banks atms for their transactions, however, some noted that they cannot access their accounts through the banks.

BPI head of Corp.Communication Rita Canchela says ATM problem has been fixed.Most ATMs back online,all should be up and running by midnight.
