If you have been a smartphone user for quite some time now, you are most probably familiar with the app Viber. If not, it is an app that allows users to make calls and send messages via wifi connectivity or mobile internet. Now, Viber conquers desktop platform - both in PC and MAC versions.
Similar to Skype, Viber for desktop allows users to send and receive messages while making voice and video calls at the same time. It will also allow transfer of calls from the app to the desktop version with one click. Because the app and desktop version are in sync with each other, received and sent messages may be seen on both devices but it would only beep on the device you are currently using.
The improved Viber 3.0 for IOS and Android has the following new features:
